1. Reviews
First, select a business by doing a search or select rate unlisted and fill in the boxes for the business name and business location. Next, answer the questions and if an answer is very poor or unsatisfactory, please provide details in the box that appears below that answer. Try to be concise and to the point. Abusive reviews will be deleted. However, healthy criticism and angry attitudes are perfectly OK. After all, the whole purpose of this service is to let others know what you know, what you think and how you feel about the business you are reviewing.

2. Ratings
Make sure you answer all of the questions as honestly as you can. Your answers are used to calculate averages and overall ratings. No ballot stuffing! This system checks for repeated posts from the same sources and alerts administrators. Reviews that are suspected to be stuffing or manipulating of ratings of businesses will be deleted.

3. Personal Info
Please, fill in all required fields. Please be honest with your name and city but make sure you select 'NO' for question 12 if you DO NOT want your name to be included in the review. Your valid email is required so that we can validate the review. Posts without valid emails will be rejected. Your email will only be used to validate the review you complete.
